Begin Submitting Essays

We will accept essay submissions for the Bill of Rights Institute's 2010-2011 Being an American Essay Contest from September 1, 2010 to December 1, 2010. To submit essays, just follow two easy steps.

1. Register and create an account.  This will enable you to submit your students' essays.

2. Between September 1, 2010 and December 1, 2010, log in to your account, you can also do this from the homepage.  After you log in, follow the instructions on the screen to submit essays.  You will be asked for information about the essay and student.
